Samsung is a very popular company for smartwatches and now Samsung is bringing a new update in its smartwatch lineup which is the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series. As per latest leaks, Samsung is now preparing to launch Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic with new changes and better features. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 is expected to come with new battery design, better sizes, AI support, and new chip.
Currently, the features are not officially launched but many leaks have shared what users can expect in the new Watch 8 series. In today’s article, we will talk about the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series and what are the expected new changes and features.
Bigger Sizes and More Comfort for All Users
In the new update, Samsung is planning to launch Galaxy Watch 8 in three sizes, which is different from before. In the last Galaxy Watch 6, there were only two sizes. This time users will get more choices in terms of fit and comfort. The more size options will help more people to pick the size that suits their hand.
The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic will come in two sizes like before, but it may still have new changes in design. The Classic model may keep the famous rotating bezel which is loved by many Samsung users. You should know that the watch gives you a more stylish and premium look.
Battery Upgrade with New Design
Battery is also getting upgraded in this new smartwatch. As per the leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 may come with stacked battery design. This helps the battery give more power in less space. You should know that the battery will last longer even if the size is same.
The 44mm Galaxy Watch 8 model may get a 590mAh battery, which is bigger than the 425mAh battery in the old Galaxy Watch 6. This will help in giving longer use time. Charging speed is also expected to be fast, though exact charging speed is not confirmed yet.
AI and New Chip for Better Performance
This is most interesting to know that Samsung is making the Watch 8 smarter and faster. The Galaxy Watch 8 series may use a new 3nm chip. This chip is smaller but gives better performance. It also uses less battery which is good for users who wear smartwatches all day.
One more exciting part is that Galaxy AI might come in the Watch 8. If that happens, users may get features like AI replies, health tips, and smart help using just voice or prompt. This will make the smartwatch more fun and helpful in daily life.
More Health Sensors and Better Display
Health tracking is an important part of smartwatches and Samsung is improving that too. The Galaxy Watch 8 series may come with better health sensors. These include heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep tracking, and skin temperature sensor.
The display of the watch may also be brighter and better. It will have a Super AMOLED screen which is easy to see in sunlight and fast to respond. This will make it better to use the watch outside or while doing exercise.
Looks Stylish with Classic Feel
The design of the Galaxy Watch 8 will remain stylish and modern. There is the chance of the Watch 8 Classic having the same rotating bezel that many users prefer. The watch is simple to operate and this gives it a luxury touch.
The non-pro Galaxy Watch 8 might be flat-looking with a complete touch screen. More color options and size variety may also be available this time so users can pick according to their style.
